Template:TOCnestleft Retail Justice Alliance is affiliated with the Freedom Road Socialist Organization, and Democratic Socialists of America. It is dedicated to raising the living and working standards of retail workers in the United States. By working in collaboration with a broad base of opinion leaders, organizations and communities, the National Retail Justice Alliance builds support for workers in the retail industry through advocacy, education and research to promote sustainable jobs, living wages, affordable health care and fair public policies.

- Dr. Steven Pitts is a labor policy specialist at the Center for Labor Research and Education, Institute for Research on Labor and Employment, at the University of California-Berkeley
- Dr. Julianne Malveaux is an economist, author and social and political commentator
- Lawrence Mishel is a nationally-recognized economist and president of the Economic Policy Institute
- Patricia Ford is the founder and principal of DeElla & Associates
- Dr. Iva Carruthers is general secretary of Samuel DeWitt Proctor Conference
- Heather McGhee is director of the Demos Washington office
- Sarita Gupta is executive director of Jobs with Justice National Office
- Danny Glover is an actor, film director and activist
- Reverend Dr. Earl Trent is a teacher and activist
- Andy Shallal is an Iraqi-American activist and owner of the Busboys and Poets restaurant chain
- Lola Smallwood Cuevas is the project director at the Los Angeles Black Worker Center
- Elaine Bernard is executive director of the Trade Union Program at Harvard University
- Kim Bobo is executive director of the Interfaith Worker Justice
