Occupy Kokomo

Occupy Kokomo is a small group of protesters who, according to the Kokomo Tribune, were protesting in front of the courthouse about something (the article did not make it clear what it was)[1].

The Sheriff of Howard County, Steven Rogers laid out rules of conduction for the protesters if they entered the courthouse to escape bad weather, including no sticks on signs and no wearing of masks.

One protester, self-identified as Shining Spirit, taped a dollar bill over his mouth as a "silent protest in response to officials' requests to avoid disrupting the courthouse's business with noise." Shining Spirit was arrested when he resisted Sheriff Rogers' attempt to take the dollar bill off his face, and another protester, Greg Lambert was also arrested during this incident.

No further information was found on what happened after the arrests.
