Mike Wolfson is the Secretary of the Board and a long-term member of City Life/Vida Urbana. Mike also serves as a member of the Finance Committee. He works as an environmental chemist for the Harvard School of Public Health. Mike sits on the Executive and Finance Committees.

Communist Party reformer

In 1991, Mike Wolfson, Massachusetts, was one of several hundred Communist Party USA members to sign the a paper "An initiative to Unite and Renew the Party" - most signatories left the Party after the December 1991 conference to found Committees of Correspondence.[1]

In 1994 Mike Wolfson was a member of the National Coordinating Committee of the Committees of Correspondence.[2]

In 1995 Mike Wolfson was listed[3] as one of the "CoC members and friends" donating to Committees of Correspondence. He contributed $200.

In July 1996 Mike Wolfson was a member of the National Co-ordinating Committee of Committees of Correspondence. [4]

In 2008 Mike Wolfson of Jamaica Plain, MA signed an online petition “A Open Letter to Barack Obama on Iran”.[5]


In 2010, Mike Wolfson was Greater Boston contact for Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism.[6]
