Standing for AD 40

In 2019 Gilda Gularte stood from AD 40 for the California Democratic Party Central Committee.

Gilda Gularte believe community activism is the heart of democracy. I ran for Highland City Council District 4 because we must have leaders that represent our communities not corporations or private interest. Working with my neighbors to improve the lives of our children, seniors and all members of our community is a priority for me. We must do more to include all our neighbors to engage on the issues that affect our families including education, health care and economic opportunities. I have spent several years working with several organizations fighting for environmental justice, community activism, and family values. Catalina’s List, Redlands Area Democratic Club, and the San Bernardino County Young Democrats are some of organizations that I am a member of. I ask for your vote to represent AD40 to fight for the future of the Democratic Party.[1]
