Daniela was raised in Miami and has great love for her Venezuelan roots. She is currently a graduating senior at Florida International University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Labor Studies. Throughout college, Daniela has had diverse experiences working with non-profit organizations including the ACLU of Florida and RISEP. Her organizing experiences include founding the Student/Farmworker Alliance at FIU and completing an internship with Interfaith Action of SW Florida and Just Harvest USA. Daniela was inspired to apply what she learned in Immokalee, Florida by organizing around the ongoing struggle for Farmworker Justice to address the needs of workers in her community. Daniela is currently organizing the domestic workers campaign at the Miami Workers Center.
