Abbie Hoffman was one of the "Chicago Seven" from the 1960s and 70s.[1] He founded the Youth International Party (Yippies).
Hoffman was arrested in one while protesting the Vietnam War during the 1968 Democratic National Convention in Chicago.[2]
Visit to Cuba
Abbie Hoffman was given permission to go to Cuba during his trial.[3]
