Josh Leclair has worked as a motorcycle mechanic and an organizer for a public sector union in Florida. He is currently active in Central Florida's labor and progressive movements, and is the District Organizer of Florida for the Communist Party USA. Leclair grew up in New Smyrna Beach, FL and now resides in Orlando.[1]

Young Communist League

In 2005 Josh Leclair was an Orlando Florida member of the Young Communist League USA. The Orlando, YCLUSA club was five strong members and members were active in local chapters of the ACLU, NION, Amnesty International and ACORN.[2]

Latinos for Peace

On October 31 2009, Latinos For Peace issued a statement calling for “no escalation of the war in Afghanistan and for expedited withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq and Afghanistan as well as an end to the coup government in Honduras”.

More than 100 activists endorsed the call, including Josh Leclair, Orlando, FL.[3]
