Vic Snyder is a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives, representing the 2nd district of Arkansas.

Staffer's 2000 trip to Cuba

In February 2000, Dawn Jackson from the office of Congressman Vic Snyder spent five days in Havana, Cuba, for the purpose of "examine the impact of of embargo on various industries in connection with official duties". The trip cost $1,775.47 and was paid for by the Christopher Reynolds Foundation.[1]
