Patriotic Millionaires for Fiscal Strength was organized by the Agenda Project.[1] The founder of the Agenda Project is Erica Payne, co-founder of the Democracy Alliance.[2] On her Facebook page, Payne stated that the project was "a great campaign of Millionaires Against Tax Cuts for Millionaires"[3]
