Edwin Melendez; Pedro Caban; Salina Romany, CUNY; Ruben Auger and Palmira Rios, New School for Social Research were speakers on the Puerto Rico's Colonial Dilemma: Defining Political Status and Interests panel sponsored by South End Press at the Tenth Annual Socialist Scholars Conference. The conference was held April 24-26, 1992 at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, New York City.[1]
Black Radical Congress
In March 1998 “Endorsers of the Call” to found a Black Radical Congress included Palmira Rios, Professor, University of Puerto Rico[2].
