Louis DuBose

Lou DuBose is the co-author of The Hammer: Tom Delay, God, Money, and the Rise of the Republican Congress, along with Jan Reid.[1] The book's publisher was Peter Osnos and its editors were Lisa Kaufman and David Patterson. This book has been listed among the best in socialist literature and was published by Public Affairs, the same publication under which George Soros has been published.[2][3]
Dubose is the editor of the biweekly newsletter The Washington Spectator and is the former editor of the Texas Observer.
He was featured in Mark Birnbaum's and Jim Schermbeck's film about the DeLay case.[4]
He is married to Jeanne Goka, whom he mentioned in The Hammer's acknowledgments.
