Kay Mills got her start with ProVote as an intern, and holds a BA in Political Science from Washington University.[2]
Activism
Kay Mills has worked as the Springfield Regional Organizer since ProVote's Springfield office opened in 2005. Prior to that she worked in the Kansas City ProVote office from 1997 to 1999. In between her time at ProVote she worked with ProVote member organizations SEIU MO/KS State Council and HERE between 1999 and 2001.[3]
